RETURNS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, AS LONG AS THE ITEM MEETS OUR RETURN STANDARDS. PLEASE NOTE, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

RETURNS: IF YOU’RE NOT IN LOVE WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN IT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. HOWEVER, YOU MUST EMAIL US AT OOPS@GUSBMPS.COM WITHIN 48 TO 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE THE PROCESS. TO BE ELIGIBLE, THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNTAMPERED, WITH ALL TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND ACCESSORIES INTACT. THERE SHOULD BE NO STAINS, SCRATCHES, TEARS, DENTS, OR OTHER DAMAGE. ITEMS NOT MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

EXCHANGES: WE HAPPILY OFFER EXCHANGES FOR SIZE-RELATED ISSUES OR IF YOU’D LIKE TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER PRODUCT. IF THE NEW PRODUCT IS HIGHER IN PRICE, YOU’LL JUST NEED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE. EXCHANGING FOR A LOWER-PRICED PRODUCT IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOU MUST EMAIL OOPS@GUSBMPS.COM WITHIN 48 TO 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE.
